Making a Purchase
Buying from us couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog, and click on the product you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. View your basket at any time by clicking the link in the top right hand corner. When you are ready to buy click on "Checkout" and you'll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page. No need to sign up or login, simply enter your details in 3 easy steps and you're done!
Alternatively, you can provide us with your credit card details over the phone. We also accept cheques and can e-mail you a PayPal money requests (see the Contact Page for details).
Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep this for your records.
All goods remain the property of Garden Statue Shop until paid for in full.
Delivery
Due to the heavy nature of the product, our carriers wait until enough orders are placed in a certain area of the country to ensure making the trip is cost effective. This means delivery time can be up to a month sometimes, but it also means you are guaranteed a friendly service, from a driver who knows what he's carrying, and will even put the item in place for you. Considering some of these statues are over 100kg, that is a huge plus!
Delivery times vary, and are shown in each products' description. For the vast majority of the stone statues, delivery time is usually around 3-5 weeks. Please contact us if you require further information.
You will be contacted by phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready. If you cannot be in during the day then the item can be left somewhere safe e.g. at the side of your house or around the back in the garden.
If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.
Refunds & Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason, but at your own cost.
Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the product arriving back from the customer in a good, re-sellable condition.
Product Variation
Some of our products are of a natural nature, and as such, slight variations can occur. All images on this web site are for illustrative purposes only.
