How much do you charge for delivery?
The vast majority of orders to mainland UK addresses have FREE delivery. Certain parts of Scotland and other postal codes incur delivery costs - but we keep these as low as possible. You will know the exact delivery cost when you enter your shipping post code at the checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depends on the product, so please check individual product descriptions for exact info.
Many items now have a quicker delivery time of 2-3 days to your door. For some of the large statues, their heavy nature means our carriers wait until enough orders are placed in a certain area of the country to ensure making the trip is cost effective. This means delivery time can be up to a month sometimes, but it also means you are guaranteed a friendly service, from a driver who knows what he's carrying, and will even put the item in place for you. Considering some of these statues are over 100kg, that is a huge plus!
Please note: This positioning service applies to the majority of our products, but not all. If you would like to know more information regarding our delivery service for a particular product, please send us an email or use our contact page (we reply quickly). Some of the granite items are delivered by private carriers. This means faster delivery, but these drivers are not obligated to help position. Though from customer feedback they often will help out if asked.
I need the statue sooner can I arrange for a quicker delivery?
This is often possible by private carriers. If in stock the item can be delivered within 3-5 working days. If not in stock then a new statue can be made and delivered by private carrier within 2 weeks. Please drop us an email and we will check for you. We aim to get you a reply the same day. Please note: private lorry drivers are not obligated to help position the stoneware.
What If I'm not in to take delivery?
You will be contacted by phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready. If you cannot be in during the day then the item can be left somewhere safe e.g. by the side of your house or in the garden, or, if arranged, with a neighbour.
What do I do if a product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us and we will be happy to sort out a replacement or refund.
Please do not dispose of any pallets/packaging material until the item has been inspected. We cannot accept returns if the pallet has been diposed of as this is needed for collection.
For larger statues, collection of faulty or unwanted items will occur when our driver is back in your local area.
What do I do if I don't like the product?
f for any reason you don't like the product you receive, contact us to arrange collection and we will refund the sale price as long as the items are returned in good condition.
What payment methods can I use to pay?
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Maestro (switch), American Express, Solo, Mastercard and Discover. You can also pay for goods via PayPal. You may also pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Do you manufacture customer designs, or make alterations to current designs?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer custom designs, or change our current designs in any way (e.g. we cannot make them larger).
