"Hello Again, Good news this time. As you promised they turned up at 4.00pm after a phone call about an hour earlier. Brilliantly packed and a very helpful driver even though it was in the middle of a thunder storm with very heavy rain. We have now unpacked them and with one minor hitch (our Miniature Schnauzer rapidly wee'd on one of the ducks to ensure that new he is the boss!!) everything is as we would wish.
