My wife is delighted with them, the driver was very pleasant & helpful, being kind enough to place them in our preferred position on the patio. (which I could not have done myself) After the emails to & fro, my earlier fears of purchasing from a website, (not actually seeing the physical goods before purchase) I am delighted with your product & service, it is likely that we will require one or two further statues later next year. "Hello Again, Good news this time. As you promised they turned up at 4.00pm after a phone call about an hour earlier. Brilliantly packed and a very helpful driver even though it was in the middle of a thunder storm with very heavy rain. We have now unpacked them and with one minor hitch (our Miniature Schnauzer rapidly wee'd on one of the ducks to ensure that new he is the boss!!) everything is as we would wish. They are due to be set in place on the roof tomorrow. Thanks for everything. Regards"
